Finally, got the chance of cooking Sinigang! We have been missing it so quite awhile now. So when I went to Asian tore/market, bought ingredients for this. I made a little bit more, so we now have left over good for one meal :-)Yeheey! By the way, I put pork bones because it doesn't have much fats, plus it is very tasty because of the flavor that comes from the bone itself! We love the broth especially my son.
