I have been craving for this dish ever since I saw this photo at my cousin Facebook. But sad to say that I couldn't find raw jack fruit in any of the Asian market here in Texas. I really want to make some of this but to no avail, wahhh! Anyway, for now...I will just drool and wait till we get to the Philippines in June.
Searching for a recipe online, I found out that this dish is easy to make...thank goodness! I am not giving up looking for the raw jack fruit hoping I would find one one of these days. Okay, this is my share for this week on......
