I made this pancit for my son and hubby instead of pancit bihon; they like it better!

I just put some chicken liver, tofu and Chinese sausage for "sahog". It also has broccoli, snow peas, carrots, cabbage and celery.

Waste Management

Modern Technology has gone a long way from computer, cellphone, remote control, GPS Device and more. GPS device helps many of us when it comes to driving directions. And because of that, many companies also adopted it just like the Waste Industry. That makes sense to me for it helps them organize their waste collection both on residential and business establishments. To learn more about using Mapping & GPS, check their website now!

Eliminate Multiple Remotes Using Yamaha neoHD

My family and I love entertaining ourselves when home watching T.V.; and since we have a cable subscription, I can watch my own favorite show in the Philippines while my husband can watch National Geographic and Animal Channel. On the other hand my son loves Disney Channel, PBS Kids, and family channel. But the thing is, we need to use at least four remote control to do that; One for DVD, one for T.V. One for cable to watch our respective favorite shows and video. In short having multiple remote control is crazy! Most of the time I mistakenly turn the cable or VHS instead of the DVD player for my son. How I wished there is only one remote control or device that can be used in turning on all our entertainment system.

Good thing that Yamaha came up with a new device called Yamaha neoHD that will simplify our entire entertainment system as well as our lives. This device is a one remote, one on-screen interface, complete control, immersive sound, and endless enjoyment! Isn't it cool or what? With the neoHD, It will be easier for me to turn all our entertainment at home with just one remote instead of four! I will not make mistake ever again when turning DVD player for my son when he wants to watch his favorite video like the Toy Story 1 and 2; plus my husband will finally stop teasing me when I make a mistake using wrong remote control.

I am sure my friends would really love to have one of this convenient device! And to all of you out there, you will have a chance to have this wonderful device by entering the Yamaha neoHD Sweepstakes ! There are two ways to enter: by just Tweeting: “I just entered to win a #neoHD b/c I have too many remotes, visit ( to enter” or enter via Don't forget to leave a comment on why you desperately need the new neoHD! Erin and Jacob Inseparable!

Yesterday, we went to pick the shelf we bought somewhere in Plano. Then headed to the mall to pick our portrait at JC Penney. While there, we let Jacob play at the playplace and that's how Rinna and I met. She is a Filipina from Plano who has a four year old girl whom Jacob is fond of. We talked for at least an hour while the kids plays We got to know each other and decided to meet at her place the next day. And so we went today; the kids had the fun playing , and us eating and cooking Pinoy foods. Eversince the kids met yesterday, they wouldn't want to leave each other. I guess I need to set a playdate again this week. Erin is a very cute, smart and tough little girl! We adore her so much! Jake right now wants to talk with her on the phone. I need to finish this post and dial her number :-)!
