Two of My Favorite Filipino Dishes

Here is Ginisang Kalabasa (Sauteed Squash) which I modified by putting bacon instead of pork, that way it will cooked in short time. As we all know we need to cook the meat till it is tender, but with the bacon, you don't even need to put oil. The oil from bacon is enough to saute garlic and onion. Anyway, this recipes is easy to make. This is a very yummy dish even my in-laws love it!

Ginisang Kalabasa (Sauteed Squash with Bacon and Green Beans)
This is Paksiw ng Bangus (Milkfish); another one of those Pinoy dishes that are easy to prepare. All you have to do is put all the ingredients together bring it to a boil and let rhe veggies cooked, then serve with hot steamed rice and ginisang bagoong. Enjoy! If you guys wants the recipes, just let me know and I will post it here.
