FTF: Chicken Afritada

This dish is one of hubby's fave Filipino Food because it is cooked similar to stew, only we use chicken instead of beef. It is a complete meal; it has potato for starch, carrots, peas, and sweet red or green pepper. I make a twist for I added olives and raisins (hubby likes it that way).

For more scrumptious foods, head to Willa's Kitchen and drool with us :-)!

  11. Hubby called dishes with meat, potatoes, carrots and tomato or tomato sauce, stew. Basta yun ang lahok stew daw...lol and not very fond of it either. At syempre iba tayong mga pinay, we love it!

And if I only eat filipino food, I have to buy a new size clothing every month...:))
