They Need the Help of HMS Home Warranty

A friend of mine has a house that needs a lot of repair. She and her husband once considered putting it into foreclose because they couldn't afford their house payment anymore. Selling it is not an option due to the fact that nobody will buy it for it needs a total renovation on top of broken plumbing and outdated appliances. Had they contacted HMS Home Warranty as soon as they purchased the house, they wouldn't be facing tons of problems at all. Not it is too late. However, I might be wrong...maybe their house is still savable. If that is the case, then I need to talk to her and tell her about the HMS Home Warranty and how it can help then with minor repair in their house.
