FTF: Liver Filipino Style

Since I have iron deficiency problem, my blood count is low and I became anemic. So the doctor advised me to eat foods rich in iron such as read meat, liver, apricot, poultry, green leafy veggies, fruits, spinach and more. For whatever reason, I can't stand eating liver anymore....just the smell of it makes me throw up! But what else can I do? I have to eat it or else I would be very miserable and sicker. I thought if I cook the liver like "Bistek," it would taste better and my taste bud will tolerate the taste of it. So, here it it: Liver Pinoy style :-)!

Head on the Willa's Kitchen for more delicious food entries.

  20. This is a very healthy treat. Although I like to cook liver bistek in the house, I don't think my husband and son really like it, so I haven't cooked this dish in a long time.
