The Need to Save Their Marriage

Recently, a friend of mine was telling me that her family is falling apart. She has been married for four years now and have two children with her husband who made her life miserable. Her husband is not treating her nicely at all; instead he is mean to her. What kind of man is this? Aside from being mean to her, he doesn't show any respect for her. I don't think my friend deserve this kind of treatment especially that my friend has been a very good wife to him and mother to their children. Sirverfish Torta

One of the Filipino dish I miss so much is 'tortang isda (dulong).' So, I made some for our breakfast tomorrow. I don't have time to cook breakfast for we need to get to church early. I hope my husband and son will like it. I'll just make fried brown rice, and fresh salsa in the morning.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb. Silverfish
• 3 tbsp. cornstarch
• 2 pcs. eggs, beaten
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup onions, chopped small
• 2 stalks spring onions (garnish)
• salt and pepper to taste
• cooking oil for frying

Cooking Procedures:

1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except cooking oil and mix thoroughly.
2. Heat oil in pan. Fry silverfish mixture in a patty-like shape, around 2-3 inches diameter and 1/4 inch thick.
3. Turn each side once until brown.
4. Serve hot. Dip in vinegar or ketchup if desired.

Help! My Skin is Breaking Out!

For the first time in many years, I have a breakouts again down my face. All of a sudden my chin has acne. It bothers me because they are big and it hurt. I tried using astringent to clean it deeply aside from washing is with soap and warm water at night, but still they keep on popping up. I need an acne light treatment otherwise my face would continue to break out and it will do more damage on my face. It may even spread all over my face which I am scared of. I feel like a teenager again :-(. But how will I know which treatment is best for my skin that would eliminate those acne? I think it is time or me to seek a dermatologist advice.Any suggestions, guys?
