Food Trip Friday: Baked Chicken Thighs


This is one of my family's fave recipe for chicken. My son loves the skin because it is crispy and the fats are gone. Hubby likes the taste of dill weed in it. I like it because it is still moist inside. It is very easy to make and the ingredients are already in your fridge and pantry. If you do have: dill weed, salt, pepper, lemon or lime, then you can make it. All you have to do is sprinkle the rest of the ingredients and then squeeze lime/lemon on top of chicken. Bake uncover for 45 minutes on 350 degrees and then, enjoy!

  4. Sarap nga ng skin, pagsasamahin ko si Patrick at si Jake mo,pareho mahilig sa skin, husband and I like it too,but after a while na lalasahan na namin yung cholesterol, lol!
