FTF: Pork Sinigang

One of my son's favorite Filipino dish, Pork Sinigang. He particularly loves the Okra, Eggplant, Taro and Radish. Since we ran out of Taro, I put potato instead. It turned out to be good, too!

The Aftermath of Flooding

Residents of Maryland are not letting their guards down after the past week’s flooding. I heard from the news that they are exhausting all means possible to become prepared since they are expecting more flooding incidents. FTF: Fish with Mango Salsa

This was our dinner three days ago; hubby requested that we have fish for dinner for he is on diet. I just prepared it by frying it and with mango salsa on top of it. It was yummy; even our little one gobbled it like he had never eaten in days, lol!
