FTF: My Favorite Burger

This my favorite burger, and it is called "Kobi beef" burger. I so love it that I can even eat the whole thing. That pickle is good, too.

Instead of using the usual ground beef...this kind of meat is being use..and do they call it "kobi or kobe burger."

Kobe beef refers to cuts of beef from the black Tajima-ushi breed of Wagyu cattle, raised according to strict tradition in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. The meat is generally considered to be a delicacy, renowned for its flavour, tenderness, and fatty, well-marbled texture. Kobe beef can be prepared as steak, sukiyaki, shabu shabu, sashimi, teppanyaki and more. Kobe beef is also called "Kobe meat" in Japanese.
