FRENCH FRIES
Fat-free, high-fiber, low-calorie French fries? Wow! Just grab a butternut squash, peel it, remove the seeds, and cut it into French fry shapes. Pat dry and sprinkle with kosher salt. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray, and then bake at 425 degrees for about 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. TADA! Guilt-free fries with WAY fewer calories than regular ones. Yes!
