Matt decided to make apple pie out of the apples who have been sitting in the refrigerator for a week. He thought they are going to get bad and will end up in the trash can.
Here it is; before he baked it and after baking it. It looks yummy to me. Sorry I didn't watch him while he was preparing it, so can't tell you the amount of ingredients he put into it.

umma, our hubbies knows how to cook or bake, i think they just don't want to do it because they think that we will ask them to cook when they are home :-)
